ABC recently had a great opportunity to work with Warrior Strong, Inc. – a Scranton, Pennsylvania, and Morris County, New Jersey-based nonprofit that benefits veterans.
Veterans often experience a sense of detachment, disconnection and isolation upon their return from service. Warrior Strong was founded to help them overcome these conditions through mental and physical fitness.
Warrior Strong lends a hand with workout facilities, personal training certification, peer-to-peer support and connecting through fitness, which it offers free of charge to veterans, veteran families and first responders. Yoga, meditation and HIIT classes are among their core offerings. They also host hikes and retreats regularly.
Our recent TV spot for Visions Federal Credit Union – one in a growing series called Visions Cares – features Warrior Strong and highlights critical role they play in the communities they serve. It was a privilege to share the story of such an important organization.
