(8/31/21 – Syracuse, N.Y.) The premier powersports show in the Northeast is coming to the New York State Fairgrounds this October and ABC is managing all the media logistics to get people there this year.
Since its founding in 1994, the Big East Powersports Show has been a celebration of all things snowmobiles, ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles and other outdoor recreational vehicles for riders in the Northeast. EPG Media & Specialty Information, a media company that publishes Snow Goer, Rider, Thunder Press, Powersports Business, Boating Industry, Cheers, Stateways, Beverage Dynamics, Fuel Oil News, Landscape Business, Sportsfield Management and OPE Business magazines, tapped ABC to help with promotion of this signature event.
ABC went to work on a media strategy that would raise awareness among the target demographic in the Central New York and Rochester markets. This included placement on billboards and radio as well as hyper-targeted social media. ABC added a little public relations to the mix, authoring and sending out a press release to local pubs to get some low-cost impressions.
ABC handled the campaign from top to bottom, starting with all the necessary research to ensure the creative supplied by EPG would reach and influence the right audience. EPG and ABC expect to see thousands to flood the Fairgrounds throughout the Oct. 1-3 show.
