(10/5/17 – Syracuse, N.Y.) ABC Creative Group is behind the scenes of a historic season of theater at the Redhouse in Syracuse.
The Redhouse will move to its new home at City Center next spring and ABC produced the guide promoting 2017-18 performances.
The 16-page program teases the five MainStage shows that will lead up to the move and christen the new Redhouse @ City Center, a highly anticipated development in revitalized downtown Syracuse.
ABC designers were challenged with prepping the audience for the transition to the new space and generate interest in the upcoming slate. They focused on the City Center space as the star, touring the City Center location and meeting with the architect. The designers adapted samples of the tile, cloth and metal that the interior will have for the print piece, which mimics the textures as well as the colors.
The cover of the guide, produced at a larger size to signal a more spacious home for the Redhouse, includes elements of blueprints, renderings and other visuals inspired by the research.
The nonprofit Redhouse multi-arts organization is dedicated to the production and presentation of multi-disciplinary works in theater, music and visual art. ABC is proud to be a part of their vision to bring creativity to our community.
