ABC Adds Two to the Team

(7/8/19 – Syracuse, N.Y.) The ABC team recently grew by two with the addition of Abby Shaw and Nick Murphy to the content and video departments, respectively.

Abby initially came to ABC as an intern only to return and emerge as a social media, content development and PR powerhouse.

She was turned onto marketing and its cultural influence as an avid social media user and now channels her knowledge of those platforms to craft consistent messaging and engaging content.

The public relations degree-holder moonlights as a foodie and fan of all things Syracuse, from the eateries to the sports teams. Abby appreciates the family dynamic at ABC, where she can exercise her creativity in a collaborative setting.

After more than a decade in videography, photography and digital media, Nick brought his talents to ABC. His passion and drive for filmmaking has been in his blood since the very beginning.

Fiddling around with the camera as a teen and studying the emotional impact of film on viewers, he discovered videography was for him. Right out of college, Nick was able to showcase his skills on the sidelines of major sporting events. Eventually, he took his talents to NYC.

Loving the city life, but wanting to slow down a little, Nick moved back to Central New York and served as an account executive at a local university. Nick knew something was missing and that was the thrill of being behind the lens. Looking for an environment that let him be with his family while pursuing his passion led him to ABC, where he handles shooting, editing and post production for all clients.
