(3/9/23 – Syracuse, N.Y.) Oliver’s Campers will get marketing support from ABC, which will be handling all creative and media placement for the 57-year-old, family-owned company.
We took a deep dive into the RV industry to determine the demographics we would target and what messaging would resonate with them. We used data and analysis to establish our geographic reach considering this audience of young families and decided to amp up advertising around industry shows in the area.
The messaging will focus on making memories that last a lifetime and the personalized service RV buyers get when they deal with the Oliver family. The campaign includes radio, TV and outdoor advertising placed by ABC’s Media Department.
Robert and Shirley Oliver founded the company in 1966 as a way to share their love of camping and the outdoors with other Central New York families. In the early days, they were selling RVs out of their front yard. That has since grown into two locations in Lafayette and Norwich.
