(6/5/18 – Syracuse, N.Y.) In just two weeks, ABC will once again pull the ultimate all-nighter (for a great cause). The annual 24 hr. Brand Bash is going down on June 21-22, and we’ll be on creative lockdown for 24 hours straight, leading this year’s rebrand recipient to marketing success.
Who is the 2018 Brand Bash recipient?
This year, ABC Creative Group will tackle Onondaga County nonprofit David’s Refuge. For parents and guardians of special needs children, David’s Refuge provides a much-needed escape from the stresses of everyday life.
Parenting a child with special needs is demanding, so even a short stay is a much-needed, refreshing escape. Based in Manlius, the organization organizes getaways to local B&Bs and provides parents a chance to unplug, relax and reconnect. They also get the opportunity to forge invaluable relationships with fellow parents of special needs kids.
In our fifth year working from sunup to sunup, we’ve proudly donated marketing makeovers to some great CNY nonprofits, including Oswego Industries, Clear Path for Veterans, Chadwick Residence and HOPE for Bereaved.
Community members from all over Central New York were asked to submit nominations and an overwhelming amount believed that David’s Refuge was more than worthy of ABC’s marketing expertise. And, on June 22, David’s Refuge will walk away with a new website, content, video and as many additional marketing assets as possible.
24hr. Brand Bash wouldn’t be possible without the sponsors who work overtime (literally) to help us make this rebrand come to life. Our 2018 sponsors include Ansun, the Business Journal News Network, Galaxy Communications, Heather Rodriguez Photography, Just the Right Stuff, Lamar, Visions and The Lab Creative Studio.
Enjoy all the madness and magic that comes with our annual celebration of community service by following #24hrBrandBash on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Now if you don’t mind, we have to go get some rest before the big day(s)!
