B2C Campaign Scores Communicator Award for ABC Creative Group

(5/14/18 – Syracuse, N.Y.) ABC Creative Group was recently recognized with a Communicator Award presented by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts.

HELOC, a home equity line of credit campaign for client Visions Federal Credit Union, took home an Award of Distinction in the business to consumer category. ABC set out to frame a second mortgage as an actual product with the effort.

A faux infomercial featuring fictional pitchman Jimmy Hayes led the way, backed up by an equally entertaining website, digital advertising and a mailer that even included a “free sample.”

With over 6,000 entries received from across the U.S. and around the world, the Communicator Awards is the largest and most competitive awards program honoring the creative excellence of communications professionals.
