Nonprofit Serving Homeless Women Gets a Free Rebrand from ABC Creative Group

(5/10/15 – Syracuse, N.Y.) ABC Creative Group recently rebranded local nonprofit Chadwick Residence during its 24hr. Brand Bash.

The annual 24hr. Brand Bash benefits a Central New York nonprofit organization with creative community service from ABC and partners – all over the course of 24 hours.

Dedicated to providing temporary housing and various services to homeless women and children, Chadwick Residence was selected from more than 70 nominations.

Between 8 a.m. May 14 and 8 a.m. May 15, ABC:

  • Refreshed Chadwick Residence’s logo and tagline
  • Built a website
  • Produced promotional video
  • Designed brochures and print pieces
  • Scripted radio commercials and created outdoor advertising
  • Improved fundraising letters and event flyers
  • Developed social media images and strategy

The agency focused on creating awareness, generating donations and gaining volunteer support with other marketing assets as well. All told, Chadwick Residence received the equivalent of more than $50,000 in services for free.

“The 24hr. Brand Bash is about helping our community as well as challenging ourselves as a marketing agency,” ABC Owner/Creative Director Travis Bort said. “Content development, namely copy and video, and SEO were key to our reinvention of the Chadwick Residence brand and we’re anxious to hear about their success.”

In addition to ABC creative services, Visions Federal Credit Union made a financial gift to the organization while Just the Right Stuff donated promotional materials, Galaxy Communications gave airtime and Lamar Advertising provided free outdoor media placement.

Kinane Co. printed all Chadwick Residence collateral, including brochures and business cards, free of charge during the 24hr. Brand BashHeather Rodriguez Photography donated complimentary services for all marketing images.

Uniforms, etc. produced 24hr. Brand Bash jerseys for ABC staff and the Business Journal News Network gave ad space to help ABC promote the event.
